SUNDAY 14TH JULY IS BIG SUMMER SUNDAY!

We’ll be mixing things up as we celebrate the end of the summer term by having one service at 11am that’s for everyone (there will be no other services that day) followed by a huge BBQ and loads of fun and games throughout the afternoon! We’ll finish at 4pm. Find out more below and get booked on before Monday 8th July!

THE PLAN

MORNING SERVICE

There will be one service at 11am for the whole church family with worship, a short talk and prayer ministry.

LUNCH

After our service we will have a huge BBQ!

(Bookings have now closed for the BBQ)

The bar will open and serving soft drinks, beer and wine.

If you can bring a side salad to serve six people that would be a huge help! Please sign up here so we know which salad you can bring.

SCHEDULE

11am-12 noon - All-family service in Warehouse 5

12.15pm - Face painting, tattoos, glitter, bead braids and kids games begin

12.15pm - Inflatables in Warehouse 5 with a competition running throughout the afternoon

12.45pm-2pm - The bar will open and the BBQ will be served

2pm onwards - The Wimbledon Men’s Singles Final will be on the big screen

2-2.45pm - Live Disney song performances

3-3.45pm - Semi-final and final of the ‘Last One Standing’ competition

4pm Close

PARKING

Please consider walking or car sharing if you’re able as we’ll be a bit tighter than usual on parking spaces due to us all meeting at the same time. Do chat to one of the parking team if you need help finding a good place to park.

HELP OUT AT BIG SUMMER SUNDAY!

You can also help out on the day, by joining in with set up, BBQing, serving food & drinks, pack down, and everything else in between! We’ll make sure all teams are on a rota so that everyone has some time to relax and enjoy the day.
